I am Denitsa and I've been space planning all my life... in my head, not knowing such a thing existed.

I remember visiting friends' apartments and liking ideas, or thinking how they could have used the space in a better way by adding a door here, or a wall there. Or just sitting in my apartment and thinking how this room can easily be turned into two rooms.

It wasn't until we bought a house, that I started to think seriously about offering space planning advice as a service. Ours is a very old house, with a very weird layout that totally wasn't going to work for our family of four. But the moment I saw it, I could visualise the new layout. It was very clear  in my head, but trying to explain that to the contractors...well, that was an interesting experience, to say the least. 

I remember how annoying it was not being listened to, because they usually do it "this way" and not "my way". But I am here to listen and help you create your Dream Palace.
